05/16 - Members of Kuhl Hose were at Station #42 working on the training grounds when a call for a vehicle fire next to the pumps at the Shell Station was received.  Chief 420 requested the assistance of our members.  Kuhl Hose firefighters helped staff the pumper 432 and truck 429.  When crews arrived 2 lines were pulled, one to attack the fire and another to protect the exposures and the truck set up to check for extension to the overhead canopy.  Crews quickly contained the fire and cleared the scene within an hour.
