08/14/11 - Kearsarge was dispatched to Cobblestone Drive to investigate a possible lightning strike of a house.  Shortly after dispatch the pre plan for a structure fire was dispatched.  Belle Valley, West Lake and West Ridge for engines, a truck from Perry Hiway and Kuhl Hose for the RIT.  Crew found smoke and fire conditions, stretched lines and had it quickly contained to the attic.  683's crew staged at Side A, and assisted one firefighter with a minor medical issue until he was turned over to EMS.  That firefighter was able to return to work.  No other injuries were reported.  The fire is under investigation but appears lightning may have started the fire.
