11/16/2010 - 683 responded from day drill at Station #24 to a fire alarm on Suzanne Dr.  On arrival 683 found light smoke coming from the residence.  683's crew quickly contained the small fire that was contained to food on the stove.  The owner was attempting to extinguish the fire when the FD arrived.  There was no extension and ventilation was required.  First Aid and oxygen was provided until Fairfield arrived to assist the homeowner who was experiencing difficulty breathing.  683 cleared the scene in under 30 minutes.
