Kuhl Hose, Belle Valley, Perry Hiway and Kearsarge RIT were dispatched to the Country Superette for a structure fire.  A deep fryer in the kitchen caught fire filling the building with smoke.  The fire was out on arrival of Chief 680.  Kuhl Hose units continued in and all mutual aid was placed in service.  Kuhl Hose crews secured the gas to the fryer, checked for any extension, and ventilated the building.  Crews were on the scene for just over a half hour.
