Just after 8:30 Kuhl Hose rescue crews were sent to Kuhl Rd for a one vehicle accident.  Callers initial report was a vehicle over an embankment with heavy damage.  Belle Valley was dispatched for a rescue on dispatch.  On arrival Chief 680 reported 1 vehicle heavy damage one patient ejected, and one heavily entrapped.  A second rescue was requested due to the amount of damage and type of entrapment, and Perry Hiway was dispatched.  One patient was transported to Hamot Shock Trauma and the second patient was pronounced dead at the scene by Erie County Coroner.  The accident is under investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police.
