Units were dispatched to Knoyle and Bliley Road for a vehicle accident just after noon.  There were three occupants in the vehicle, two were still on scene at the arrival of the first units.   One of the occupants had run from the scene.  One patient was transported to Hamot Shock Trauma and the other occupant refused treatment.
