Kuhl Hose was dispatched to investigate a utility pole on fire in the 10400 block of Dutch Rd.  The homeowner found the pole on fire which appeared to have been burning for a long time prior to being discovered.

Truck 689 responded and assisted Penelec with extinguishing the fire after they secured the power.  Power was off in the area for an extended period of time while Penelec replaced the utility pole.
